Industry veterans Robert G. Byron and Peter Stelian founded the company after identifying several niche investment strategies to enhance the economics of real estate transactions. These strategies not only increase returns to our local operating partners, they also make it easier to close deals. George B. Huber, founder and CEO of Equity Investment Group, brings a wealth of acquisition experience to Blue Vista as the third principal.

To date, Blue Vista has participated in joint ventures representing over $1.5 billion in total capitalization. The firm has experience and interest in all real estate asset classes.

The principals' extensive backgrounds in institutional debt and equity markets make Blue Vista an ideal investment partner. Collectively, the principals have completed over $15 billion in real estate transactions, and each has over 20 years of experience in the field. The firm often advises its partners on debt and equity structures to improve the overall economics of the capital stack.
